What is the IdeoPay merchant app?

IdeoPay merchants is a payments and credit application that provides financial services to the small merchants to help grow their businesses. It allows merchants to accept UPI payments from their customers through QR codes and provides hassle-free loan that helps them meet urgent business requirements.

Who can use Ideopay QR?

Ideopay QR can be used by merchants and shop owners to accept UPI payments from their customers.

How can my customer use QR Code to make payments?

The customer can scan the unique Ideopay QR Code and make the payment using any UPI app such as Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM, PayTM UPI, etc.

When will I get customer payments received through IdeoPay QR in my bank account?

The payments received from the customers will be added against the merchant’s/shop owner’s Ideopay account. The total received payment amount will be transferred to the registered bank account at the end of the day.

How can I register myself to get a QR Code?

Download the Ideopay application for merchants and register using your contact number. Our sales person will also visit you and guide you through the complete process.

How will I know that the payment made was successful?

You will be notified via SMS upon successfully receiving the payment. You can also check the transaction details in the Ideopay application.

What is Ideopay Instant Credit Line?

Ideopay Instant Credit Line allows our merchants to avail an instant credit line from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 400,000 within 5 minutes. The loan amount is based on the transaction volume generated through QR code along with other credit parameters such as bureau score, vintage of merchant, working cycle etc. The approved amount will get credited into the applicant’s bank account instantly.

Is Ideopay available in my city?

Ideopay services are available PAN India. However, we recommend you to please turn on your GPS for our system to determine your location eligibility while using our app.

How can I make the repayment of my loan?

You can also make the repayment of your Ideopay loan online using any one of the multiple repayment options available such as Debit Card, Netbanking, UPI Payments, Wallets, etc.

What if I delay the repayment of my loan?

We highly recommend our customers to make their repayments on time as delay in repayments may impact your credit score and future loan approval prospects. As per the RBI guidelines, every financial institute is required to share the credit details of the customers with credit bureaus such as TransUnion, Experian, CIBIL, etc. Majority banks and lending institutes rely heavily on the credit score and credit history of the applicant.

Also, if the repayment is delayed a penalty amount will be added against your total outstanding.

What is Ideopay BNPL and how does it work?

Ideopay BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) is an online credit platform that can be used by customers to shop for their favourite product from offline or online stores.

When a customer opts for Ideopay BNPL, a credit limit is assigned to the customer that can be utilized at offline as well as online merchant stores that are registered with Ideopay. The customer can simply scan the any QR code available at the registered merchant store to make the payment of their purchase using the credit limit. Also, the credit limit can be utilized at Ideopay registered online e-commerce stores.

When is the Ideopay BNPL bill generated?

The Ideopay BNPL bill is generated twice a month i.e., on the 1st and 16th of every month depending on the date of your purchase.

How can I pay my Ideopay BNPL bill?

You can make the payment of your Ideopay BNPL bill via

Net banking, Debit or Credit Card using the online link for payment available on the IdeoPay App

Wallets, UPI for bill payment as available on the IdeoPay App

NEFT using VIR (Virtual Account number) – Transfer the bill amount using NEFT to your dedicated Virtual Account Number created by us and the payment will get updated on receipt of same.

IMPS using VIR (Virtual Account number) – Now get your bill payment updated instantly by transferring the bill amount using IMPS to your dedicated Virtual Account Number created by us and the payment will get updated instantly.

Can I transfer my Ideopay BNPL credit amount in my bank account?

No, the Ideopay BNPL credit amount can only be utilized at Ideopay registered online and offline merchant stores.

What are the documents needed to apply for Ideopay BNPL?

Ideopay BNPL is a completely digitized platform. You can apply for the same using your PAN number and no additional documents are required post that.
